On the day, our team arrives with ample time for installation and soundcheck. We bring our own professional equipment (sound system, ambient lighting), which simplifies logistics for you and your wedding planner. Throughout the evening, we remain in constant contact with you or your coordinator to adapt to any changes in the schedule.

How far in advance should we book ?
We recommend contacting B.EVENT at least 12 to 18 months before your wedding for peak season dates (May to September). For other periods, 6 months are generally sufficient. The earlier you book, the more your date is secured and the more time we have to prepare your performance in every detail.
Do you offer a "do not play" list ?
Absolutely. We tailor our selection to your preferences and your list of songs to avoid. If certain tracks displease you or have a particular resonance for you, let us know — we will respect this rigorously throughout the evening.
Do you perform for weddings outside Gironde ?
Yes. Although our home territory is Bordeaux and Gironde, we regularly work throughout South-West France (Basque Country, Landes, Périgord, Lot-et-Garonne) and occasionally in other regions of France for special events. Contact us to discuss.
